SDM/Kepler Dashboard Integration

This discussion is focused on what is required for our dashboard infrastructure to make use of provenance information in near-real-time as part its workflow monitoring task. In particular, we need to identify the gaps between the current implementations of the dashboard and provenance infrastructures that prevent us from linking the two systems and develop a plan for filling in those gaps in the near future.
